About Signipgenius Concrete and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Signipgenius Concrete is a referral service for homeowners planning a new concrete driveway or patio. We connect you with independent local providers. We are not a contractor, and we do not pour or finish concrete.

Why We Exist

Concrete quotes can be confusing. One bid lists thickness and base prep. Another gives a single number. It is hard to compare them. We built this site to make the price easier to read, so you can decide with a clear head.

How Providers Are Matched

You send a request or reach out by phone. We share the basics of your project with a provider in our network that works in your area. Then you talk with that provider directly. You can ask for a written quote and compare it with others.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be upfront about pricing, to put quotes in writing and to hold any license or registration their state or town requires. We also ask them to answer homeowner questions plainly.

Each provider sets its own prices, schedule and warranty terms. Ask about those before you sign anything.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not pour, finish, seal or repair concrete.
  • We do not set prices for providers.
  • We do not handle contracts, payments or permits.
  • We do not promise a start date. Provider availability varies.

If your slab is cracked or sinking, you may need concrete driveway repair or a foundation repair expert. Those are different jobs. This site focuses on new work.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners are not charged a fee by Signipgenius Concrete for the connection. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a project moves forward. That is how this site stays running. It does not change what you are quoted, and you are never required to hire anyone.

Compare in Writing

Our main advice is simple. Price the whole slab. Ask each provider for square footage, thickness, base material, reinforcement, finish, sealing and cleanup. Put those line items side by side. A low-looking number often leaves something out.
