Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Signipgenius Concrete wants signipgenius.help to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Provide text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Support full use with a keyboard alone
- Build layouts that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a local provider, or email contact@signipgenius.help and we will do what we can to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@signipgenius.help and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly finished. We will keep it in mind each time the site is updated.
