How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider is its own business. It is not an employee of Signipgenius Concrete. Call hours vary by provider, so ask about availability when you connect.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a short chat about your project. The provider may ask about the size of the area, the surface you want, your timing and your address. Have a rough sketch or measurements handy. A photo of the site helps too.
Write down your questions before you talk. A few notes keep the chat on track, and they make it easier to compare providers later. Jot down what each one says about price, schedule and materials.
The provider may offer to visit and measure. Many quote after that visit. Ask for the quote in writing.
What to Ask an Independent Provider
- What is the total square footage in the quote?
- How thick will the slab be, and what base goes under it?
- Will it have rebar or wire mesh?
- Are control joints, sealing and cleanup included?
- Who handles permits, if your town needs one?
- What does the warranty cover, and for how long?
- When can the work start, and how does weather change the schedule?
- What is the payment schedule?
For patios, also ask about slope and drainage. For stamped concrete patios, ask about pattern, color and resealing.
You Are in Control
Talking to a provider does not lock you in. You can ask questions, compare quotes and walk away. Get at least two written quotes when you can. Look past the bottom line and check that each quote covers the same work.
