Signipgenius Concrete wants every person who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.

• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Signipgenius Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

How to File

Email contact@signipgenius.help and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you have it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
